Getting Started

lait.finance is a personal finance and portfolio management platform that aggregates crypto wallets, exchanges, stock brokers, bank accounts, savings, real estate, vehicles, luxury items, and liabilities into one private dashboard. It is built for European and US investors and supports both EUR and USD portfolios with live conversion via ECB rates.

lait.finance is free during its beta period, with no credit card required to sign up. A paid tier with premium features (advanced AI, tax view, additional data sources) is on the way, and the free tier for core portfolio aggregation stays free.

Yes. You can enable demo mode from Settings to explore all features with realistic sample data including crypto wallets, exchange positions, bank accounts, stocks, savings, real assets, and liabilities, without connecting any real accounts.

Features & Tracking

lait.finance connects to your accounts via read-only API integrations, Open Banking (PSD2), CSV imports, and manual entries. It supports crypto wallets (MetaMask, Phantom, Rabby), exchanges (Binance, BingX, Bybit, Kraken, KuCoin, OKX, Hyperliquid), banks via Open Banking (Revolut, BBVA, Santander, CaixaBank, Bankinter, and 2,000+ European institutions), and stock brokers via SnapTrade (Trade Republic, Interactive Brokers), CSV, or manual entry. All data is aggregated in a unified dashboard showing total net worth, allocation breakdown, and monthly performance.

Yes. lait.finance includes budgeting with a guided setup. Import bank statements via Open Banking or CSV from 40+ banks, and the platform automatically categorizes transactions using 336 merchant rules plus optional AI. It calculates your income, expenses, and savings rate, and tracks spending per category with progress rings, streak counting, and pace indicators. Budgets auto-recalculate monthly based on detected income.

Yes. lait.finance includes real asset tracking for properties, vehicles, watches, jewelry, yachts, and more. Real estate in Spain uses Idealista and Catastro data; vehicles use market valuation; luxury items are estimated with AI. All contribute to your total net worth.

Yes. lait.finance includes a liabilities tracker for mortgages, loans, and other debts. Each liability tracks the outstanding balance, interest rate, monthly payment, and remaining term. Liabilities can be linked to real assets (for example, a mortgage linked to a property) to show net equity. Your total net worth is calculated as assets minus liabilities.

Yes. You can connect stock and ETF positions from Trade Republic and Interactive Brokers via SnapTrade (read-only), import via CSV, or add them manually. The platform tracks your cost basis, unrealized gains, and portfolio allocation across all asset types.

Yes. lait.finance aggregates bank transactions from Open Banking connections and CSV imports into a single feed. Transactions are automatically categorized into categories like groceries, rent, subscriptions, dining, transport, and more. You can filter by account, date range, category, and inflow/outflow type. On-chain crypto transactions across Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, Solana are also visible.

Yes. lait.finance includes a real-time market heatmap that visualizes price changes across stocks, crypto, forex, and commodities. The Markets page also features interactive TradingView charts, a personal watchlist, and macro indicators like EUR/USD, DXY, S&P 500, Gold, and Oil.

Integrations & Data Sources

Open Banking (PSD2) allows lait.finance to securely connect to your European bank accounts with your explicit consent. Instead of importing CSV files manually, you authorize read-only access to your bank through a regulated provider. Your balances and transactions sync automatically on a daily basis. You can connect, reconnect, or revoke access at any time from Settings. Over 2,000 European banks are supported including BBVA, Santander, ING, CaixaBank, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and many more.

lait.finance supports EVM wallets (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon) via Zerion and Alchemy, Solana wallets via Helius, and exchanges including Binance, BingX, Bybit, Kraken, KuCoin, OKX, Hyperliquid. It also tracks Polymarket prediction market positions. You can connect exchanges via API keys from the Settings page.

lait.finance is designed for European and US investors. Open Banking (PSD2) supports 2,000+ banks across the EU, UK, and EEA. Stock brokers (Trade Republic, Interactive Brokers) are accessible via SnapTrade. Crypto exchanges and wallets work globally. Real estate valuations are available for Spain (Idealista, Catastro), with additional countries coming. EUR and USD are supported with live ECB rates.

Security & Privacy

lait.finance uses read-only connections to your accounts, meaning it can view but never move your funds. API credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before storage. Open Banking connections go through regulated PSD2 providers. The platform enforces strict security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), rate limiting on sensitive endpoints, and all data is hosted on European infrastructure. lait.finance does not sell user data.

Comparison & AI

Unlike Delta and CoinStats (crypto-focused) or Finary (limited to France), lait.finance combines crypto tracking, Open Banking integration with 2,000+ European banks, read-only brokerage connections (Trade Republic, Interactive Brokers) via SnapTrade, monthly budgeting with AI categorization, savings tracking, real estate and vehicle valuations, liability management, and an AI wealth advisor, all in one dashboard. It supports both EUR and USD and is built for investors across Europe and the US.

Yes. lait.finance includes a full wealth advisor powered by advanced AI models including OpenAI and Anthropic, with complete context of your portfolio, real assets, liabilities, net worth, and transaction history. It understands your risk profile, asset allocation, and financial goals. You can ask natural language questions like "Should I rebalance my portfolio?", "What is my real estate equity?", or "How can I optimize my savings rate?" and receive personalized analysis.
